I definitely appreciated the provided amusement park pass. It proved worthwhile. the customer service was amazing. the facilities were clean and well maintained.

the resort sits a twenty-minute drive from the city center. taxis are readily available and affordable, made travel easy. there isn't much directly nearby the resort.

breakfast included many options. it was all freshly cooked, which i found good. they catered to dietary needs and provided generous portions. the kaya was very nice!!!

the staff are helpful and friendly. i even received souvenirs at checkout, a unique touch. they provided ample water in the room. many complimentary treats and a welcome drink greeted me at check-in.

the water villa i stayed in was very spacious. it featured an enclosed air-conditioned bedroom and bath. it included an open-concept living and dining area. i could overlook my private hot spring tub from there.
